Tuition & Fees

Fellowship School of Creative Arts is committed to keeping tuition and fees as reasonable as possible. Any increase in tuition or fees is a direct result of actual program costs. 

Tuition & Fees listed here are for the 2024-2025 school year session only. Tuition for the 2024-25 season is 38 weeks (August 5-June 1). Payment may be made in full, by semester, or by monthly installments. Tuition will not be billed in the month of June.

Scholarships

Limited scholarships are available for tuition costs only. Interested families must contact the office at dance@fscatn.org once per session (school year/summer).

Monthly tuition is based on a total number of weekly hours per student, not per class. For example, if your dancer is taking 4.5 hours of instruction per week, the tuition rate would be $306/month. Please reference the scale on this page. If your dancer takes more hours than that listed, please email the dance office at dance@fscatn.org.

Tuition is charged monthly per student and calculated by hours taken in one week.

Payment is due monthly by the 1st.

Withdrawl

SUMMER ONLY - If it becomes necessary to withdraw your student from a summer program, you must withdraw in writing at least 30 days in advance of the first day of the summer camp, intensive, or workshop in order to be excused from tuition obligations. You will be responsible for a $50 administration fee. Withdrawal cannot be done by phone or through a third party. This can be done via either a formal e-mail or letter. Tuition refunds will also not be made due to in class or out of class injury.

2024-2025 SEASON ONLY - If it becomes necessary to withdraw your child from class, you must do so in writing (letter and email are both acceptable). Withdrawal cannot be done by phone or through a third party.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY: If it becomes necessary, notification of withdrawal in writing is required by the last day of the month to release a family from tuition obligations for the next month. Withdrawals received after December 31st will incur an administrative fee equal to 50% of the remaining tuition for the season. For example, a family who provides a written notice of withdrawal on January 1st would be responsible for 100% of January tuition and 50% of February, March, April, and May tuition.
