Tuition & Fees

Fellowship School of Creative Arts is committed to keeping tuition and fees as reasonable as possible. Any increase in tuition or fees is a direct result of actual program costs. 

Tuition & Fees listed here are for the 2025-2026 school year session only. Tuition for the 2025-26 season is 38 weeks (August 4-May 30). Payment may be made in full, by semester, or by monthly installments. Tuition will not be billed in the month of June.

Scholarships

Limited scholarships for the 2025-26 season are available for tuition costs only. Interested families must fill out this form.

Monthly tuition is based on a total number of weekly hours per student, not per class. For example, if your dancer takes  4 hours of instruction per week, the tuition would be $296/month. Please reference the scale on this page. If your dancer takes more hours than those listed, please email the dance office at dance@fscatn.org.

Tuition is charged monthly per student and calculated by hours taken in one week.

Payment is due monthly by the 25th of each month for the upcoming month.  For example, September tuition will be billed on August 25th.

2025-2026 Dance Season: $50 per student, billed at the time of enrollment.

Performance

Spring Performance Financial Requirements per student:
Costume fee for every class per dancer.
Performance fee per student.
Cost of tickets to attend performances.


Withdrawl

Summer Programs Only

If your student needs to withdraw from a summer camp, intensive, or workshop, written notice must be submitted at least 30 days before the first day of the program. There will be no refunds after that. Notification must be sent via email or formal letter—withdrawals will not be accepted by phone or through a third party.

• A $50 administrative fee will apply to all summer withdrawals.

• No tuition refunds will be granted due to in-class or out-of-class injury.

2025–2026 Season Only

If your student must be withdrawn from a class during the regular season, written notification must be submitted via email or letter. Phone or third-party withdrawal requests will not be accepted.

• To be released from the following month’s tuition obligation, notification must be received by the 20th of the current month to avoid any further tuition charges.

• Withdrawals received after December 31st will incur an administrative fee equal to 50% of the remaining tuition for the season.

Example: If written notice is submitted on January 1st, the family will be responsible for 100% of January tuition, plus 50% of tuition for February through May..
