Ballet
Fellowship School of Creative Arts uses Vaganova-based sequential curriculum. Each level builds fundamental skills, placement, steps and etiquette. Each level builds on the previous level and is designed to be taken for at least two years, unless a student is promoted sooner by an instructor and the director.
Faculty placement is required for all students prior to enrollment. Decisions of placement depend on a student’s physical/emotional maturity as well as skill level.

— ABOUT CHARACTER —
Character dance is a traditional style of folk dancing which holds a great deal of cultural significance. It is important for dancers to familiarize themselves with character dance to further develop their dance technique and extend their range as an artist. In this class, we will focus on musicality, coordination, and acting as we explore the styles of Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Polish folk dance.

Dress Code
A dancer’s attire greatly determines the attitude toward her/his class work. Therefore, we require that the standard of appropriate neatness be observed at all times.
