Theatre Jazz
Theatre Jazz is a form of theatrical dancing that combines the choreography of Broadway musicals with the movement of classic jazz styles. This stylized class will be a great enrichment for anyone interested in Jazz or Musical Theatre! Each level builds on the previous level and is designed to be taken for at least two years, unless a student is promoted sooner by an instructor or the director. All Theatre Jazz classes meet for one hour, once a week.
Faculty placement is required for all students prior to enrollment. Decisions of placement depend on a student’s physical/emotional maturity as well as skill level, regardless of age ranges given below.
