  • Ballet Classique Jr: Sleeping Beauty Summer Intensive

Ballet Classique is the summer intensive of the FSCA Ballet Academy. New this year, it is open to rising and current Level 1–Level 6 students, bridging the gap between our Lower School and Upper School programs and uniting the entire academy for the first time.

Summer training is a vital part of a dancer’s growth. Ballet Classique offers appropriately structured daily schedules for each level, allowing dancers to train consistently, follow our academy syllabus, and study a featured ballet. In addition to technique, dancers take classes designed to strengthen their bodies, deepen artistry, and broaden their understanding of the ballet world.

At FSCA, families never have to choose between excellent training and a safe, encouraging environment. With Jesus at the center, our faculty lead daily devotionals, prayer, and moments of Creative Worship—helping students grow spiritually as they grow as artists.

  • Pre-Professional Intensive

    Pre-Professional Summer Intensive

This program is designed for serious dancers who want to maintain strength, consistency, and technical readiness before heading into a demanding summer intensive—whether away from home or at FSCA’s Ballet Classique.

Students train in classical technique, pointe or pre-pointe, conditioning, flexibility, and advanced center/across-the-floor work. The intensive helps prevent loss of momentum between seasons, supports injury prevention, and ensures dancers enter their summer programs confident, prepared, and strong.

    Dancers will participate in:

Classical ballet technique with emphasis on placement, control, and refinement

Pointe or pre-pointe work to build readiness and confidence

Conditioning, core stability, and flexibility to support stamina and reduce injury risk

Advanced center work and across-the-floor progressions

This program is ideal for dancers who want to enter their summer intensive feeling prepared, confident, and technically strong—while avoiding the setbacks that come with time off. It bridges the gap between year-round classes and the demands of pre-professional summer training, ensuring dancers begin the season at their absolute best.

    June 15 - 26

    Cost: One Week - $259, Two Weeks - $459
